Showrooms expand the customer journey in e-commerce with a stationary experience point. On Wednesday, May 10th the one focused on living opens Showme Stores in Frankfurt am Main. In the future, visitors will have the opportunity to visit an area of 1,000m2 Discover quality products from the Home & Living sector. Also on board: Massage chair world –  Curious people take a seat on selected models from the relaxation expert and enjoy soothing or revitalizing, sporty massages.

That works: showrooms as a selling point in the home and living industry 

90% of consumers look for new furnishings online. However, 80 to 85% of consumers make their purchasing decisions regarding furniture and decoration offline. Hands-on e-commerce combines the advantages of both worlds and offers both a haptic experience and the convenience of online shopping. In the new Showme Stores Frankfurt, a total of eight online retailers are taking the opportunity to present their products and services live to interested visitors.
